Do you provide clothing for maternity?
A.Yes, we have a collection of gowns available for free. We also have clothing for girls of any age. We do not provide clothing for men or boys.
Do you have clothing for newborns and props?
A.We have a wide variety of items available, so there's no need for you to bring anything. Feel free to watch a video of our studio to see the extensive options we provide. If you have any specific requests, kindly inform us in advance.
What is the optimal time for capturing newborn and maternity photos?
A.The ideal time for maternity photos is between weeks 29 and 34, while newborn photos are best taken within the first two weeks (6-14 days). It's advisable to secure a date as early as possible to secure a spot in our calendar.
How long are your sessions?
A.Maternity – around one hour or less
Newborn – approximately 2 hours
Family – approximately one hour
Children – typically ranging from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the session and age.
Please be aware that there is no strict time limit for our sessions. The provided estimates are general guidelines, and sessions may vary in duration.
My baby has acne do you retouch?
A.Basic skin retouching is included in our services. For additional retouching, such as color changes, head swaps, or tattoo removal, extra charges may apply. All your photos undergo individual hand editing, as we do not employ bulk editing. This ensures meticulous attention to detail for enhanced retouching of your images.
Do you provide nude photography?
A.Yes we offer nude maternity photography and discretion is provided
Do you give Raw images?
A.No we do not give Raw images.
How long does it take to receive an order?
A.Delivery times vary depending on the nature of your order. Typically, most orders are fulfilled in approximately 2 weeks. However, please note that additional time may be required for retouching, and we will inform you of the estimated delivery time at the point of ordering.
The proof online gallery should be delivered within a week after your session, while the final gallery may take 2-3 weeks for completion. We appreciate your understanding and patience in ensuring the highest quality for your delivered images.
Can I order more pictures later?
A.Yes you can. We can only guarantee holding images for 30 days, however we store our images on backups and usually can go back quite some time on image files.
Do you do cake smashes for children?
A.Yes, I absolutely enjoy milestone and cake smash sessions. Personalization is key for me, and I take the time to craft individualized backdrops for each cake smash session. If you have any particular concepts or themes in mind for your milestone or cake smash session, please feel free to share them. I'm here to collaborate and create a truly memorable experience for you!
Is hair/makeup included?
A.No Its NOT, but we recommend working with some of the makeup artists that our clients have worked with before.
I have pre booked my newborn now what? What if my baby comes early or late?
A.We kindly request that all clients email or text us within 24-48 hours of the baby's arrival. Newborn sessions are typically scheduled between 6-14 days, depending on the baby's weight. Notifying us promptly upon the baby's arrival provides flexibility for rescheduling and adjustments. To ensure personalized attention, we photograph only one newborn per day and limit sessions per month. This approach allows us to accommodate the needs and preferences of our clients effectively.
I missed the newborn window and my baby is now 2 months old do you take them?
A.We photograph babies of any age. Your baby is no longer a newborn however you can still book a session. Please understand the baby most likely will not be able to do newborn poses or wraps and they are usually awake
Do you offer prints and albums for sale?
A.Yes, we do. We have partnered with one of the best printing companies that exclusively caters to professional photographers. This ensures the highest quality and color accuracy for our art prints.
My baby just got circumcised should we still come?
A.As long as he is healing well yes. Most babies have healed by their session. Many Parents use vaseline or another gel that the Dr. has recommended for healing. We will keep the area protected and we can avoid naked images if you wish. We photograph hundreds of babies that have been circumcised with no issues. If your baby has had a later circumcision, they can still have their session and all normal precautions are made. Please feel free to discuss this with us during your session. We want you to be fully involved in the process.
My baby still has their umbilical cord on, is it ok to take photos?
A.Yes! Most babies that come still have their cord on, as it may take a full two weeks for it to fall off. Some babies even loose their cords during their session! When babies are wrapped, we wrap with their diaper on and cover the cord so that it does not catch on the fabric. When they are naked, we gently can cover the area to keep it protected. We are very cautious with newborn babies and we are aware of the post delivery care that is needed.
What if my baby cries?
A.Babies are babies and they will cry! We do everything we can to soothe and comfort them and surround them with a comfortable environment. as a Mother of myself I have some many soothing techniques and tips
What if my toddler does not cooperate?
A.Children are children, and we do the best we can when working with them of any age. We have quite a few tricks up our sleeves and with your permission we can offer them treats or incentives for capturing sweet images.
What if my baby doesn’t sleep?
A.Many babies do not sleep thru their session. Some are wide awake the entire time!! We can usually still achieve some amazing images, especially if they are wrapped!

Where do the studio sessions take place?
A.Your session will take place in my private and cozy home studio in Lakeville New Brunswick. Just bring yourself and your little bundle of joy and rest assured that the studio is fully stocked with all the necessary props, toiletries, and snacks to keep you comfortable throughout your session.
